Dr. S. B. Patil is a distinguished urologist with over 28 years of dedicated clinical experience. He earned his M.B.B.S. from K.M.C. Hubli and his M.S. in General Surgery from V.I.M.S. Bellary, before achieving his M.Ch. in Urology from the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh.
Throughout his prolific career, Dr. Patil has performed over 30,000 successful surgeries. He is globally recognized for his clinical precision, notably holding a world record for the removal of 1,424 stones from a single kidney. While he excels in all areas of urology, he has a specialized interest in advanced Endo-Urology and Reconstructive Urology. Beyond the operating theater, Dr. Patil is a respected academician who frequently chairs scientific sessions and contributes to leading national and international medical journals.
He has more than 60 publications in national and international journals.
